Cannot change your email address
The email address that you used in PRO360 for the first time is your PRO360 account ID. All notifications of the account will be sent through this email address. Therefore, the system does not allow you to change this email address.
If you wish to change the email address, you have to make a request to the Customer Service Center and provide the Email Address Originally Used and the New Email Address. The Customer Service Center will process the request after receiving the information.
