Your Personal Account
To use PRO360, the first thing is to submit a job request. We will then create a personal account for you. Please read How to make a job request for more details on creating job requests.
- Your email is your account ID: To save you time, PRO360 does not require a complicated registration process. The email you provided in creating your job request is your account ID. You can set up a password next time you log in. If you use the same mobile device to log in PRO360, the password is not required for logging in again. However, you are still recommended to set up your password to avoid the risk of losing your account ID.
- Log in your account
After creating a job request, you will be in the managing page of your personal account, and you can see the details of all the jobs that you have created.
▼You can select login in the upper right corner to go to your personal account.
▼Even if you have not set up a password, as long as you use the same mobile device, you can still log in your account without requiring a password.
▼If you have not set up a password, and use a different mobile device to log in again, the system will send you a notification to set up a new password.
▼If you forget your password, you can reset it through our email.
