Have you noticed the tasks labelled "New Leads" when browsing your task messages?
New Leads are a way of acquiring customers on the PRO360 platform. This article will provide you with an introduction to:
- How do you get New Leads tasks?
- What is the response rate for New Leads tasks?
- What are the impacts of a low response rate, and how can you improve it?
1. How do you get New Leads tasks?
When customers search for services on the PRO360 website or browse PRO profiles in the PRO list, if they are interested in the introduction and description on your PRO profile, they can directly "Request a Quote" from your profile. There are two possible scenarios:
(1) The service item has "Promotion Service" disabled.
When the Promotion Service is disabled, cases where customers actively request a quote from you will be labelled as "New Leads" in the task messages. You can review the customer's detailed requirements and decide whether to accept or reject the task. If you accept, the platform will charge you a contact fee, and you can directly contact the customer. If you reject, you will receive exposure for free, and no charges will apply.
(2) The service item has "Promotion Service" enabled.
When the Promotion Service is enabled, if the customer's service requirements don't exactly match your set working conditions, these tasks will be displayed as "New Leads," you need to review the task details before deciding whether to accept. If you accept, the platform will charge you a contact fee, and you can directly contact the customer. If you reject, you will receive exposure for free, and no charges will apply.
If the task perfectly matches your working conditions, the system will directly send you a pre-set automatic quote message, and the task will become a promotion service lead.
2. What is the response rate for New Leads tasks?
The response rate for New Leads tasks is the ratio of the New Leads tasks you receive to the ones you respond to. Both accepting and rejecting a task count as a response.
Please don't worry about rejecting customers. Clearly expressing your decision allows customers to find suitable PROs elsewhere, and you won't incur any losses. On the other hand, if you are interested in a customer's requirements, please respond promptly and accept the task of establishing contact. When a customer invites you to quote, it indicates a certain level of interest in your services, increasing the chances of closing a deal. If you respond late, another PRO might seize the opportunity first.
3. What are the impacts of a low response rate, and how can you improve it?
If the response rate for New Leads tasks falls below 75%, the system will lower the ranking of your PRO profile in the PRO list, reducing its exposure. In addition to actively responding to New Leads, you can enable the Promotion Service and enrich your PRO profile to attract customers, which will help improve your profile's ranking and increase opportunities for free exposure.
