How does PRO360 determine discounted jobs?
Why would there be discounted jobs? You may wonder if the quality of the discounted jobs is not good. Please be reassured that discounted and normal jobs actually have the same quality. Discounts are given to certain jobs because customers request these jobs in the middle of the night. And in the next morning, it may already go to the bottom of the job listing, and escape attention. To make it easier for the pros to find these unattended good jobs, we will group jobs that have not received enough quotations in the discount zone.
Is the job posted on the previous day a good job?
Different types of jobs request different types of responses, so be sure to understand the job requests. While it is important to give a quick response, if the water and electricity repair job was posted a week ago, even if no quotation has been made, the customers may already have resolved the problems.
Customers usually will not decide who to hire immediately for service items like learning classes, design, or home renovation but tend to make more comparisons. The selection of pros may take days or weeks. E.g., Home Renovation, since the value of the job is high, and customers want to talk to more pros. So there is still a good chance if you made the quotation on the second day or a week later. As long as the customers are willing to talk or arrange a site visit, there is still a good chance to close the deal. Therefore, if discounted jobs for the above service items are chosen, there is good value for money.
Good Opportunity Jobs
Under the category of Discounted Jobs, you will see many Good Opportunity Jobs, which refer to jobs that have not yet received any quotations. Fewer quotations mean less competition and higher chances of success.
Discounted Jobs Period
We hope all pros who have made quotations will receive a good response. We will only offer discounts to jobs posted within a week, and the discounts will be adjusted based on the time. The older the jobs, the more the discounts, but there will no longer be any discounts for jobs that have been posted for more than one week.
