What is “Manual Quotation”?
“Manual Quotation” is the most basic customer lead development method in the PRO360 quotation mode. You can read customer needs for free and take the initiative to contact customers for jobs you are interested in. The advantage of “Manual Quotation” is that you can first understand the detailed requirements for free and only quote the jobs you are interested in. Because the charges are calculated on a job-by-job basis, there is no monthly fee and no transaction commission, so you can control your customer source development budget at any time and accept the job whenever you need a customer source.
"Quotation" refers to your response to customer requests, and this is also the first message you communicate with customers. The content of the quotation does not necessarily need to include the actual valuation. After all, some services, such as decoration, require a physical visit to the site to assess the exact cost. But this does not mean that you can't share charging references and past successful projects so that customers can understand your work. You should explain your service features in the content of your quotation, answer customer needs, and let customers understand your experience and background. Or else why did they choose you?
Establishing a convincing pro profile can help to improve the success rate. Sound pro profiles can convince a customer to contact you proactively after reading the quotation and effectively reduce customers’ chance of not responding after reading.
Successful pros usually provide positive and immediate responses to customers. If the customer does not respond after reading the quotation, you should take the initiative to contact the customer. You also need to figure out how to communicate with customers on the phone. Good phone communication skills and direct discussion can significantly improve the success rate. The customer’s contact information will be automatically displayed after the customer reads the quotation, or you can click on the customer’s phone link to call the customer at any time.
You need to be patient when making “Manual Quotations” as this is like cold-calling to new customers. If you are doubtful about the effectiveness of “Manual Quotation”, you can choose other quotation methods like “Promotion Service” or “Guaranteed Reply”. This will help you focus on those customers who respond to your quotations.
Here to explain how to use “Manual Quotation”
1. Browse jobs freely
After logging in to your pro account, you can enter “Jobs” from the menu and browse all customers’ requests for free. We match all new jobs according to the service items you choose.
2. Use credits when giving a quotation to obtain customer contact information
When you see a request you are interested in, you can immediately check the job and understand customer needs. After confirming the details of the request, you can enter the estimated service amount in your quotation.
You can choose a one-time charge / hourly charge / quotation after discussion.
There are three types of charging methods for you to choose, namely "one-time charge", "hourly charge" and "quotation after discussion". For example, if you need to discuss the details with the customer to provide a quotation, please select "quotation after discussion". In this way, you do not have to provide an actual price to the customer immediately.
- One-time charge (please indicate whether it is a piece-based fee or the upper limit of the total time of a single service)
- Hourly charge
- Quotation after discussion (please indicate whether you will provide free on-site service)
3. If the customer does not read the quotation within 48 hours, the credits will be refunded automatically!
After you click “Send Quote”, a window will pop up (as shown below), displaying the credits required for this quotation and the customer’s contact information after you send out the quotation. When you click “Confirm Quotation”, we will deduct the credits from your account.
4. After obtaining the customer's contact information, start negotiating with the customer
After reading your quotation, you will automatically enter the chat room to discuss with customers. You can send a message directly to the customer to introduce your service in more detail. Please remember to tell customers your service features and why they should choose you.
The customer's contact information will be automatically displayed after the customer reads the quotation. You can click the customer phone link at any time to make a call immediately. However, after obtaining the customer's contact information, the 48-hour unread refund method will no longer apply.

5. No fees will be charged after the transaction
PRO360 will not interfere with the transaction price between you and the customer, and the customer will also pay you after the service is completed. PRO360 will not charge any fees after you have concluded a deal with the customer! PRO360's charging model is straightforward, so you can start receiving jobs at any time!
