PRO360 will show a phone icon next to the job if the customers choose to share their telephone contact. For such jobs, you can choose to obtain customer contacts for direct communication after making quotations. If there is no phone icon, you can contact the customer via platform messages or email. PRO360 will verify each job request via telephone. Even if the customers do not share their telephone contact does not mean there is a problem with the job.
If you want to browse all jobs with telephone contact, go to “Matched Jobs” and click “Phone” to filter all the jobs with telephone contact.
